Installation Notes
- Mount the magnet antenna on the roof, away from windows or sunroofs, for the best signal.
- Run the antenna cable inside through the door, protecting it under the weather stripping.
- Connect the outside antenna cable to the amplifier, then attach the inside antenna in a central location.
- Position the inside antenna at least 8" from the amplifier and 18" from where the phones will be used.
Even though this booster was originally marketed for 3G devices, it still excels at boosting voice and data signals in the 850 & 1900 MHz bands, which remain a cornerstone of carrier networks today.
